Hi, I’m Gary Howells – owner of Peak Performance Wales.
I’m a Sports Endurance coach and have submerged myself in sport since being an elite table tennis player as a junior. From there I went on to a successful army career where my running developed.
I am now focusing my training on the 2026 Oman Desert Multi Stage Race….and of course the Brathay 10in10 in May 2027!
