For those new to cycling or just looking for something a bit less challenging, we bring you the Brathay Breeze. Whether you’re new to cycling or want some exercise while waiting for someone on the longer routes, the Brathay Breeze offers a great opportunity for your cycling season.
The Breeze presents an ideal opportunity for an enjoyable family weekend ride or a something gentle for those looking to take it easy. At 15 miles with a total of 1,400 feet of climbing the Breeze is the ideal chance just to have a go at a cycling sportive while enjoying the stunning Lake District scenery.

Entry is open to anyone over 12 years old costing:
- £10 for all 12-17 year olds
- £15 for all over 18
- £30 for a family ticket (1 adult and 2 children)
This includes food and drink at two refreshment stations and a meal at the finish at Brathay Hall.
The Adventure Cycle Festival is coming to Brathay 2-4 June for a weekend of adventure themed goodness. Further event details, including its star speaker, have been announced.

Bike Bible partner signs up to support Brathay Cycling event
In 2016 Sonja Foster became the first person to complete both the Brathay 10in10 and Brathay 262 in one year.
For 2017 Brathay Cycling will be working with Bike Bible to get even more cyclists involved with Brathay Cycling events in June.
Whatever your level of experience our training advice will support you to cross the finish line at Brathay Hall with a smile on your face.
