Accomodation

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price but is available onsite. Accommodation is priced as follows: Single room - £65. Twin/Double room - £100. Lodge - £130. Please call 015394 330414 for more information.

Food

Brathay Trust will be running a bar within the event village as a way to raise funds for their charity. For this reason, the consumption of your own alcohol on the premises is prohibited.
Yes, although Brathay will be providing an all-day BBQ as well as sandwiches, cakes and a pasta offering all including special diets and vegetarian options so there will be no shortage of options. They will also provide a tea & coffee stall.

Yes, tickets will be available on the day. However, to ensure your space on some of the workshops with limited spaces we highly recommend booking your ticket in advance.
We're happy for you to lock your bike to the fence surrounding the event.
Yes, well behaved dogs are allowed on site as long as they are kept on a lead.
