What happens next?

You must collect your race number and timing chip from the event registration before the race. We will inform you of your race number a couple of days before the event. Please make a note of this and bring it with you.

Event Registration will be open at the following times (please note there may be queues on Sunday morning):

Saturday 10 September in The Climbers Shop: 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday 11 September in the Ambleside Parish Centre - 06:30 – 08:00

Your race number:

You must complete your personal details, including the medical information, on the reverse of your race number. The race number must be worn unfolded and must be visible on the front of your shirt for the duration of the race.

All runners are required to wear a timing chip which will be issued at registration.

Start times:

Please assemble at the start in Rothay Park by 08:15. Final announcements will be made before the race starts.

The event will start at 08:30.

Refreshment stations

Refreshment stations will be at the checkpoint locations listed below. The refreshment stations will include:

  • water (cups or refill for bottles)
  • VOOM Hydrate (cups or refill for bottles)
  • VOOM bars
  • flapjack, brownies and bitesize equivalents

Final details will be emailed out to participants in advance on the event.
